Megan Balakas is the CEO and founder of Atheria Wellness. With nearly two decades of nursing experience in both the U.S. and Canada, including experience in the ER, oncology, cardiology, and dermatology. Megan brings a wealth of clinical expertise and a passion for empowering women to take charge of their health. Inspired by her own journey with iron deficiency anemia, she created Atheria as a safe, beautiful space where patients receive compassionate, efficient care. As a dedicated entrepreneur and mother of two, Megan, continues to expand Atheria’s reach, transforming it into a leader in women’s health and IV therapy.
Cassie Florida was born and raised in Saskatoon, SK. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2020 through the University of Regina and Saskatchewan Polytechnic Collaborative Program. She began her career in adult medicine and surgery, practicing in both Saskatchewan and Ontario. Since 2023, she has been practicing in pediatric medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children. Cassie is compassionate and finds joy in helping clients take steps to become their best self. She has been with Atheria Wellness since October 2024 and looks forward to providing the best nursing care to new and existing clients.
